Only the oral presentation will be accepted at the conference. Each oral presentation should take about 10 minutes, with additional 3 minutes for Q&A and additional 2 minutes for change over. As a courtesy for presenters in the block, it is advisable to adhere to the time schedule.

Every lecture hall will be equipped with a computer and a data projector. It is possible to use a personal computer as well, but this typically causes further delays and due to the time constrictions, it is not advisable.

As a general rule, the presentation length should not be over 15 slides, with 10 slides being the optimal length (1 min for each slide).
